PRICING AND PACKAGES
How much does real estate photography cost in Winnipeg?
$225 for a full photo package. That includes professional MLS-ready images, same-day delivery, and enough shots to properly showcase the home.
How much does real estate video cost in Winnipeg?
$329 for a full listing video with broadcast-quality voiceover and custom editing. Add photos and a reel for $549 total. Same-day delivery included.
Do you offer package deals?
Yes. Photo + Video + a reel together is $549 — that's $104 off booking them separately. Most agents shooting higher-end listings go with the full package.
Do you charge extra for large homes?
No. Whether it's 900 square feet or 5,000, the price is the same. I've shot enough mansions and starter homes to know the work is similar — it's about capturing the story, not counting rooms.
Is there a travel fee for shoots outside Winnipeg?
Shoots within Winnipeg are included. For properties outside the city, there may be a travel fee depending on distance. Just ask.
BOOKING AND SCHEDULING
How do I book a shoot?
Use the booking form on the website or text/call directly. I respond fast.
How far in advance do I need to book?
24-48 hours is usually fine. Same-day bookings are sometimes possible depending on schedule. The earlier you book, the more flexibility on timing.
What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens. Just let me know as early as possible and we'll find another time. No fees for reasonable reschedules.
Do you shoot on weekends?
No. I made a commitment to be fully present for my family at weekends. I hope this catches on!
What time of day is best for photos?
It depends on the home. South-facing windows look best in the morning. North-facing, afternoon. But, I can make any home look good at any time of day.
THE SHOOT
How long does a real estate photo shoot take?
30 minutes. Larger or more complex properties might take 45 minutes. I work efficiently without rushing.
How long does video take?
45 minutes to an hour. If we're doing photos, video, and a reel together, expect 90 minutes total.
Do I need to be there for the shoot?
Only if you want to be on camera. You don't need to babysit the process.
Should the homeowner be there?
Ideally not. It's easier to work without people in the space, and the homeowner's presence can slow things down. Pets should be secured or removed.
What should I do to prepare the home?
Declutter surfaces, hide personal items, make beds, open all blinds, turn on all lights, and remove cars from the driveway. A clean home photographs like a more expensive home.
Do you move furniture?
Minor adjustments, yes. Full staging, no. If a chair is blocking a shot, I'll move it. If the living room needs a complete rearrangement, that's a staging conversation.
QUALITY AND STYLE
Do you use HDR?
Yes, but naturally. HDR blending creates balanced exposures without the fake, oversaturated look. The goal is to make the home look real — just the best version of real.
Do you edit out clutter or imperfections?
Minor touchups are included — removing a stray cord, cleaning up a reflection. Major Photoshop work is additional and generally not recommended.
Will my photos look like everyone else's?
No. I shoot for story, not just documentation. Every home has character — my job is to find it and show it.
What makes your videos different from other real estate videos?
Three things: broadcast-quality voiceover (not AI), custom music when needed, and actual storytelling. Most real estate videos are slidesheets with stock music. Mine feel like the home has a personality.
Do you do drone or aerial shots?
Included with photo + video packages. Can be an add on for photos only.

What is included in the photo package?
Professional interior and exterior photos, same-day editing, same-day delivery. Enough images to fully showcase the property on MLS and marketing materials.
What is included in the video package?
Full walkthrough video, professional voiceover, music, motion graphics as needed, vertical cuts for Reels and TikTok if you order that, same-day delivery.
Do you do Reels and TikToks?
Yes. Vertical social cuts are included with video packages or can be a stand alone service. These are optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Do you do agent branding videos?
Yes. Beyond listing content, I create brand videos that position you as the expert in your market. This is where the real ROI is — content that sells you, not just the house.
Do you do commercial or corporate video?
Yes. I work with professionals who need YouTube content, brand videos, and social media systems. Same approach: long-form video that gets cut into shorts, designed to show up in search and AI results.

WORKING WITH ME
What camera do you use?
It really doesn't matter. The specific gear matters less than knowing how to use it.
Do you shoot in 4K?
Yes. Video is shot in 4K and delivered in the resolution that works best for your platforms.
Can I use the photos for print marketing?
Yes. Images are delivered at high resolution suitable for print, web, and social media.
Who owns the photos and video?
I do. Once delivered, the content is yours to use for marketing the listing. No reselling, lending or reusing for another sale. You purchase a licence to use the content to market the property for a single sale and to market yourself in the process.
Can I use listing content after the home sells?
For portfolio purposes, yes. I retain the right to use work in my own portfolio.
How long have you been doing this?
Over 10 years. I've shot more than 3,000 listings and helped build multiple realtor brands from first sale to six figures.
What areas do you serve?
Winnipeg and surrounding areas. I've shot properties across Manitoba.
Do you work with new agents?
Absolutely. Some of my longest relationships started with agents on their first listing. I've helped new agents understand what content actually moves the needle.
Do you work with teams or brokerages?
Yes. I work with individual agents, teams, and have brokerage relationships.
What is the difference between you and other real estate photographers?
I'm not a photographer who does real estate. I'm a brand builder who uses photography and video as tools. When I show up, I bring ideas — scripting, positioning, strategy. The photos and video are the output. The thinking is the value.
Why should I pay more when cheaper options exist?
You shouldn't, if all you want is documentation. But if you want content that differentiates you, sells faster, and builds your brand over time — that costs more because it's worth more.
Do you help with social media strategy?
Yes. I grew my own following to 70,000+ organically. When I advise on content strategy, it's from lived experience, not theory.
Can you create content for my personal brand, not just listings?
Yes. Agent brand content — videos that position you as the expert — is often more valuable long-term than listing content.
Do you do voiceovers?
Yes. Broadcast-quality voiceover is included with video packages. Not AI, not text-to-speech — actual professional voice work.
Can you write the listing descriptions?
Not included in standard packages, but available. Award-winning writer, if that matters to you.
